My journey in women’s health began in 2006, working as a personal trainer at an all-women’s gym. From the start, I was drawn to helping women feel stronger and more connected to their bodies. After earning my degree in physical therapy and board certification in 2013, I began treating patients at a specialty clinic focused on chronic pain, where I developed a strong foundation in manual therapy.

It was during this time that I started taking courses in pelvic health—a field that resonated with me, both professionally and personally. Having faced pelvic floor challenges myself, I understood how life-changing the right care could be. I knew then that this was the community I was meant to serve.

I went on to work at a clinic entirely dedicated to pelvic health, where I expanded my skills and deepened my understanding of the complex needs of this population. Later, I had the honor of serving as the primary women’s health physical therapist at a prestigious hospital, a role that further shaped my approach to care.

Over the years, I’ve accumulated more than 15,000 hours of direct pelvic floor therapy. In recognition of this experience and my continued commitment to learning, I earned my Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC) through the Herman & Wallace Institute.

Now, I’m proud to bring everything I’ve learned into my own space—one that is grounded in compassion, clinical excellence, and a holistic approach to healing. My goal is to create a welcoming environment where women feel seen, supported, and empowered throughout their journey to recovery.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two boys. I also like baking, practicing yoga, and reading in my downtime.
